The family of a man that lost his life last December in a serious car accident has decided to file a wrongful death lawsuit. According to the police report filed after the incident, the 22-year-old victim had been driving his vehicle at night when he was struck head-on by another vehicle. When officers arrived on the scene they quickly discovered that the two people inside the second vehicle were seriously intoxicated. The victim was rushed to a local hospital but died shortly after being admitted.

Based on evidence gathered at the scene and the police report, the family now believes that the two men that drove into his vehicle should be named responsible for his death. They are not the only ones named in the lawsuit; the bar that kept serving the two men is also being held accountable.
