One woman is suing a bar in Ann Arbor, Michigan for the injuries she sustained while she was a patron there. It is uncertain just how successful her suit will be, however, since she was struck by a mechanical bull after she agreed to ride it.

While the bar has since closed for unrelated reasons, the woman is suing the owners for the injuries that she sustained back in 2008. At that time, she willfully signed up to ride the mechanical bull. When she was eventually thrown from the machine, it continued to move and struck her in the head as she attempted to stand.

She now claims that the bar should be held responsible for her serious injuries. Her lawsuit states that the bar did not do enough to protect its customers from injury. The woman suffered multiple injuries that night including a fractured nasal bone, closed head injury and nasal abrasion.
